At Micropack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all eligible retail items. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Micropack account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
